The PG has 2, 3, & 4 sharing, and the rent varies for each. 2 sharing rent costs approximately 16k, 3 sharing varies from 11.5k to 12.5k, and 4 sharing rent is around 10k. The curfew is 24*7 and has a tech-enabled security system. PG has biometric locks on the gate, CCTV surveillance, and security guards. Parking space is available in front of the PG.
Also offers self-cooking facilities with gas stoves, microwave ovens, and fridges on each floor for your convenience. I have stayed here for more than a year, and I would recommend that this PG is one of the best PGs in the Jayanagar area.
The nearest landmark is Samskruthi Swastik Convention Hall.
2. Aikyam Premium Ladies PG:
This PG is also situated near Jayanagar Metro Station and a few buildings from Nomads PG. The nearest landmark is the Kawasaki Service Center. The rooms are quite spacious compared to Nomads. But the food preference is only vegetarian, and the curfew time is until 10.30 PM, which is a disadvantage to many residents.
Similar to the Nomads PG, this PG also provides essential amenities like Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, food, maintenance, furnished rooms with cupboards, beds, chairs, and tables, a common ironing area, and security. Additionally, it does have a common area for the kitchen for those who prefer cooking their meals.
PG offers 2, 3, 4, and single sharing. The rent for 2 sharing is approximately 14k, and for 3 sharing, it is about 12k, 4 sharing around 10k, and single sharing around 20k.
